• Nationwide Tax Search - Allied with National Tax Search, eTitleAxis allows users to electronically request a property tax search from inside the eTitleAxis system, and it then automatically creates and publishes a tamper-proof Tax Certificate and populates the HUD accordingly.   This integration significantly speeds and eases the process of requesting a tax certificate.

• Fax-to-Web – The Fax-to-Web feature allows users to send and receive secure faxes from within the eTitleAxis system with a full history of where and when documents were sent.   Individuals and groups can assign faxes to an order within eTitleAxis and automatically assign viewing rights for external parties to view tamper-proofed documents. This integration allows the user to more fully and effectively track the progress of each order, centralize all documents associated with a given order, and eliminates wasted time by leaving their desks to use the traditional fax machine. 

• Nationwide Property Search – Use of this feature provides parcel ID number, current owner, and deed information and assessor data. This gives the abstractors and work-share partners a head start on title search, and it enables automatic population of critical documents like legal descriptions, title commitments and title policies. 

• Nationwide Government Fee Updates – With eTitleAxis’ Ernst Publishing XML integration, users can obtain government fees directly through the system.  eTitleAxis will return the accurate fees as well as a reference document containing contact information and the rules by which the fees were calculated, and it will warn users to request new fees after a change in property or loan amount. 

• Shipping Label Creation and Package Track – Users can create shipping labels quickly and accurately with the time saving features provided by the eTitleAxis automation.  Contact and address information from the order is automatically available for selection when creating shipping labels.  Once a label is created, the shipping history and tracking information is viewable by relevant parties to know where a package is in transit, if it was received and who signed for it.

• Virtual Desktop Inc. - In an alliance with Virtual Desktop, Inc., eTitleAxis is able to offer title companies all their desktop applications, e-mail and Web hosting from a secure and reliable provider.  This allows them to cut costs by obtaining all their settlement processing and information technology needs from a single source. 

• QuickBooks - The QuickBooks integration feature allows users to import a file into QuickBooks that creates a contact and a check in QuickBooks.  This way, users can pay vendors easily, without having to manually set up the vendors and create checks.
