eTitleAxis is a comprehensive, Web-based title processing and settlement system for land title companies.

eTitleAxis has a single database that provides end-to-end title and escrow processing. It is able to reuse information taken directly from the Lender Origination System (LOS) and/or from early processing steps to populate documents and settlement statements, create payables, prepare checks and wires, and report on how every part of your business is performing. Yes. When you log into eTitleAxis.com, you will see that it automatically takes you into a secure (SSL) connection. The URL begins with ”https” to denote a secure location. Is the Internet safe?
With eTitleAxis, no one can access stored data, transactions, documents or communications unless your company provides access to view it. eTitleAxis uses secure Internet standards such as https (hypertext), SSL, encrypted passwords, and keeps communication between stakeholders within the confines of the secure system.

How do I know my data is not being shared?
Hall Settlement Systems is very committed to keeping your data private. When anyone signs into the system, they can only view the data your company has given them permission to view.
Can I house any of my eTitleAxis data like HUD, commitment, etc?
Yes. Hall Settlement Systems offers a service to transfer closing documents to CD-ROMs for easy storage and access if needed.
How does eTitleAxis handle social security numbers?
Right now, title companies may be sending closing documents with social security numbers through unsecured e-mail. eTitleAxis encrypts social security numbers and allows only authorized users to log in and access consumer/transaction documents. This protects the privacy of consumers’ information, and there’s no need to e-mail documents to interested parties.
